The hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part was that the hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the port and also to the bus stop/taxi station. What I enjoyed the most was the breakfast and dinner in the garden. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. the hotel provided bikes free of charge which was a great way to explore the area.

The walls between the rooms were a bit thin and I could hear the people in the next room. But it was not too loud and did not hinder my sleep.

Great location, easy to access, close to city center, stores, and restaurants. Excellent restaurant with delicious food. Caring and helpful restaurant personnel. Comfortable and clean apartment with AC and spacious shower. Attentive and friendly staff. Well-equipped and clean room. Beautiful garden and satisfying breakfast and dinner. There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, right by the river, which made for a picturesque view. the rooms were also very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. the holiday decorations were also lovely and festive, setting a great overall mood for the Christmas season.

Our experience at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. the service was incredibly slow, with our food taking almost two hours to arrive, despite being a smaller group.

I was impressed by the attention to detail, with plenty of toiletries and even slippers provided. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I particularly appreciated the delicious meals served in the F&B area, set in a beautiful garden. The hotel's location on the Danube shore was also a major plus, providing easy access to the Port and various boat trips in the area. it was a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

They paid attention to every little detail and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony with a view to the back garden, adding a touch of tranquility to my mornings.
